2024 Celebration Park Boater Improvements Project. All bids must be sealed with a concise statement marked on the outside generally identifying the project to which said bid pertains. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and portions thereof and to waive informalities or irregularities of bids received based on any business reason it deems applicable if this is to the advantage of the County. The undersigned bidder, having familiarized itself with the local conditions affecting the cost of the Work, and with the Contract Documents, including the Invitation for Bids (IFB), Construction Contract Between Owner and Contractor, Detailed Specifications and blueprints and any Addenda on file in the office of the CANYON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, First Floor, Canyon County Courthouse, 1115 Albany, Caldwell, Idaho 83605, does hereby propose to perform everything required to be performed, to provide and furnish all the labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services necessary to perform, and to complete in a workmanlike manner, all of the work required as noted in the IFB, contract and specifications for the Construction Project, in the 2024 Celebration Park Boater Improvements Project for the bid amount noted above.
