All questions shall be submitted prior to 5:00 p.m. MDT on June 21, 2023 The well site is accessible via Loomis Avenue and located in the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 36, Township 1 North, Range 2 West. (Roughly north of the intersection of Loomis Avenue and 5th Street) This project includes the construction of a new production well (Melba Well #3) to provide the primary source of water in the municipal distribution system. This is a two-stage project with the second stage being contingent upon the results of the first stage. The two-stage project includes: A) Drill an 8-inch diameter test hole to a depth of 500 feet (drilling & testing; B) Complete the test hole as a 10-inch diameter PVC municipal water well. Refer to the Bid Form for Bid Schedule Items. Refer to the Preliminary Engineering Report for site details. Melba Well #3 will be constructed on the property owned by the City of Melba.
