The approximate major work items include: Sidewalk replacement, decorative lighting installation and topsoil restoration. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond and made payable to the order of Warren County Treasurer's Office, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid; provided said check or bid bond shall not exceed $20,000.00. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularities or informalities in the bids. SCOPE OF WORK Note: This specification is subject to applicable sections of other Divisions ofthis Work, where equipment and instruments are specified and such equipment and instruments have electrical connections.
