Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Orderville, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified firms for a Construction Manager (at risk)/General Contractor (CM/GC). Firms must be licensed and certified as applicable in the State of Utah, to construct (1) Replacement of Coal Boiler System with Roof Top HVAC System at Kanab High School in Kanab, Utah. (2) Construction of New Gym, Music Room, Administrative Offices, and School Lunch Facilities at Valley High in Orderville, Utah (3) Other Misc. Projects in Kane County School District. The CM/GC will work closely with the Kane County School District Administration & with the architectural firm (not yet selected), through the design phase, providing cost estimates, schedules and feedback of design details, phasing, and availability of materials selected. CM/GC will also monitor the bid climate and recommend the optimal bidding schedule to the design team.
