Site work for a mixed-use development in Stansbury Park, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and swimming pool.
This project generally consists of the construction of an abutment on the shore and installation of a prefabricated fishing dock to that abutment near the clubhouse area to provide fishing access, and the installation of a prefabricated unattached floating swimming platform for use by swimmers near the clubhouse area. The size of the docks will be approximately 5 feet wide by 25 feet long for the fishing dock & 16 feet by 16 feet for the swimming platform. Bid Security of 5% shall accompany each bid. The Agency reserves the right to reject all bids and rebid the project, and/or make reductions in or expand the scope of work if needed. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Project Manager in writing (project manager@stansburypark.com) in writing. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
