Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stansbury Park, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Stansbury Park Service Agency - Stansbury Lake Clubhouse Dock. This project consists of the construction of a fixed dock near the Stansbury clubhouse. The dock will attach to an existing concrete abutment with a ramp that meets ADA standards. Bid Security of 5% shall accompany each bid. The Agency reserves the right to reject all bids and rebid the project, and/or make reductions in or expand the scope of work if needed.
