Renovation of a golf course in Stansbury Park, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
The Stansbury Service Agency is accepting bids from qualified contractors to replace and repair the windows above the main entrance to the clubhouse as well as the windows at the golf shop across the street. The building's location is 1 Country Club Dr., Suite 1, Stansbury Park, UT 84074. These buildings need these new windows to ensure code compliance, energy efficiency, safety, aesthetics, and weather resistance, This project will generally consist of using an 80-foot lift to replace windows of various sizes, install new frames, and install aluminum trim around jambs and sills. The 2 buildings that will be priced separately are the Stansbury clubhouse and the Stansbury golf pro shop. The Stansbury Service Agency will provide the JLG lift and operator. The contractor will be responsible for the material and labor for installing windows, frames, and aluminum flashing. Questions: All pre-bidding questions will be available via e-mail to s.chidester@stansburypark.gov until April 23rd, 2025, at 3:00 pm. As of November 6, 2025, construction began on June 30, 2025.
