Site work and remodeling of a fire / police facility in Stansbury Park, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The existing fire station remodel is located at 179 Country Club Dr, Stansbury Park, UT 84074, The project consists of remodeling the second floor to include: 1. Convert 2 existing restrooms into 4 unisex restrooms with showers. 2. Convert 1 large office into 2 new Dormitory rooms. 3. Renovate existing kitchen/dayroom to provide a kitchen that is more user friendly and improve kitchen circulation. The project also includes 5 add alternates as outlined on the cover page of the Permit set. Below is a brief list of the alternates. 1. Remove existing bats from exterior walls and block off access. 2. Replace second floor fixed panel windows with operable windows. 3. Create a covered trex deck with cable railing system at the rear of the building. 4. Modify front trellis area into a small deck with cable railing system. 5. Review existing heating in apparatus bay, Replace or repair as needed. Cooling in not required.
