Renovation of a parking garage in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The Work includes but is not limited to: Provision of all labour, material, equipment, supervision, and all other items and incidentals as necessary to successfully complete the scope of Work and services as required per the project drawings and specifications. This scope includes but is not limited to the removal/demolition of existing and replacement with new of ramp assemblies including waterproofing, delaminated concrete, snow melt system, concrete topping and finishes, and upgrade as per the project drawings and specifications. The Work contains three phases. Phase 1 forms the Tender Price while Phase 2 and Phase 3 are Optional Prices. Phase 1 corresponds to ramp 1 that provides access to loading bay. The scope of Work includes but is not limited to the removal/demolition of existing and replacement with new of ramp assemblies including waterproofing, delaminated concrete, snow melt system, concrete topping and finishes, and upgrade as per the project drawings and specifications. Phase 2 corresponds to ramp 2 that provides access from 104th Avenue. The scope of Work includes but is not limited to the removal/demolition of existing and replacement with new of ramp assemblies including waterproofing, delaminated concrete, concrete topping and finishes, and upgrade as per the project drawings and specifications Phase 3 corresponds to ramp 3 that provides access from University Drive. The scope of Work includes but is not limited to the removal of existing coating materials and repairs and preparation of existing slab surfaces as necessary for installation of new PUMA traffic coating system, as outlined in the project drawings and specifications.
