Renovation of an educational facility in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Boiler and air-cooled chiller replacement, including associated hot and chilled water pumps. A 5% Bid Bond and 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required for this project. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 60 days. Minority businesses are encouraged to submit bids for this project. The appropriate forms from the section entitled "Participation by Women and Minority Owned Businesses" must be submitted with each bid to show good faith efforts to obtain Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise participation. The Guilford County Board of Education awards public contracts without regard to race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex, age or handicapped condition as defined by North Carolina General Statutes, Section 168A-3. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented and to waive any informalities and irregularities.
