Flooring replacement and stairwell refresh project for all common areas of the building. Work includes, but is not limited to: Replace flooring in the building common areas as follows: Building lobby with new ceramic tile Building stairwells with vinyl flooring Building common corridors with vinyl flooring Project also includes the upgrade of the building's stairwells with new railings, tactile landings, and colour-coded accent paint to comply with accessibility standards.
