Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Penticton invites qualified suppliers to submit Proposals for the design, supply, delivery, unloading, and installation of a fabric covered steel-frame structure (brine shed), to be located at the City of Penticton Yards at 616 Okanagan Avenue East, Penticton, BC. The City requires the supply and installation of a fabric-covered, insulated,steel-frame structure (brine shed), to be located at City Yards at 616 Okanagan Avenue East, Penticton, BC. The City's existing brine shed has reached the end of its life and has been dismantled and removed. In preparation for the replacement of this structure, the City has: a. replaced brine and brine-containment system; b. levelled and paved the site; c. built a single-level lock-block wall at the site, to be used with the new Structure; d. run electrical and water lines to the site. The City will supply and install all electrical, heating, and lighting for the Structure.
