The City of Prince Rupert is seeking Quotations from qualified Proponents to provide janitorial services for the Public Safety Building on the terms and conditions set forth in this RFQ. The subsequent Service Agreement shall be for a two (2) year term, beginning in August 2024. If terms are mutually agreeable, the City may grant to the Contractor a two (2) year extension. Bid date note: Proponents should deliver Quotations clearly marked with the RFQ Number, RFQ Title and Proponent's name and address. Date on postmark alone is not sufficient for meeting Closing time. All USB submissions must be time-stamped at City Hall as having been received by the time indicated on the front page of this RFQ. All emailed submissions will be acknowledged with an electronic receipt to indicate that the email was received but not opened. Emailed submissions will be opened only after the submission deadline. Faxed Quotations will not be received or considered.
