The City of Palm Springs ("City") is seeking qualified professional engineering firms ("Consultants") to provide comprehensive environmental and traffic engineering design services related to the HSIP Cycle 11 Traffic Safety Enhancements at Nine (9) Intersections Project, Federal Aid Project No. HSIPL-5282(051), City Project No. 23-12 (hereinafter called the "Project"). The selected firm will be responsible for providing Phase 1: Planning / Environmental / Conceptual Design services, Phase 2: Engineering Design (PS&E) Phase services, and Phase 3: Construction Support services for the Project. The City reserves the right to waive any informality or technical defect in an RFP and to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all RFP and to cancel all or part of this RFP and issue a new Request for RFP, as best serves the interests of the City. The City furthermore reserves the right to contract separately with others certain tasks if deemed in the best interest of the City. Issuance of this RFP and receipt of RFP does not commit the City to award a contract.
