Demolition and site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Dunstable, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Replacement of Railing on Town Common Bandstand: Demolition of the existing railing on the Town Common Bandstand. Dispose of materials from the demolition. Replace and rebuild the railing at the Town Common Bandstand to meet current building code requirements. Paint new railing to match existing color. The Contractor shall obtain and deposit with the Town a Payment Bond equal to [fifty/one hundred] percent (50%/100%)] of the total contract amount on a form prescribed by the Town. [AT LEAST 50% REQUIRED IF COST OVER $25K] The term of this contract will begin no later than August 13, 2024, and will end October 18, 2024. The contractor is expected to complete the scope of work described below on or before October 4, 2024.
