Construction Project At Harvest Hope Park Cdbg Grant Agreement The University Area Community Development Corp Is Undertaking A Project And Seeking A Qualified Contractor To Perform One Or Both Of The Following (2) Scopes Of Work: Turf Field Installation And Improvements To The Harvest Hope Park. This Project Is Located At 13704 N 20th St, Tampa, Fl 33613 1. Turf Field Installation: Furnish And Install 20,000 Sq Ft (110'x180') Of Artificial Turf At The Harvest Hope Park. All Proper Site Prep Required To Install Level, Properly Laid Field That Will Hold Up Under Heavy Use Throughout The Year And Maintain Required Drainage. Obtain And Close Out Any Required Permits. Replace Any Broken Concrete Walkway Sections Or Other Disturbed Or Damaged Items Due To Work At The Site. Provide All Closeout Paperwork, Copies Of Permits And Pertinent Warranty Information At Commencement Of Project. 2. Park Improvements: Sprinkler Irrigation System Expansion. Furnish And Install (1) Pavilion Shelter With Concrete Slab Floor. Furnish And Install A Shade Structure Over The Playground. Include Repairs To Anything Damaged During Construction. Provide All Closeout Paperwork, Copies Of Permits And Pertinent Warranty Information At Commencement Of Project. The University Area Community Development Corp Intends To Seek Fixed-price, Lump Sum Bids For All Work Described In The Plans And Specifications. Each Bid Must Be Completed And Submitted In Accordance With The Instructions To Bidders. Notice To Bidders/prospective Contractor(S) This Project Will Be Federally Funded, In Part Through The Hillsborough County, Affordable Housing Services, With Community Development Block Grant Cares Act Funds (Cdbg-cv) From The U.s. Department Of Housing And Urban Development (Hud) And As Such, The Bidder Must Comply With Presidential Order 11246, As Amended By Executive Order 11375; Title Vii Of The Civil Rights Act Of 1964 As Amended; The Davis Bacon Act Of 1968, As Amended; The Copeland Anti-kickback Act; The Contract Work Hours And Safety Standards Act And All Other Applicable Federal, State And Local Laws, Regulations, And Ordinances. All Bidders Must Adhere To 2 Cfr 200.317 2 Cfr 200.327. Note That The Successful Bidder Is Required To Pay Workers On This Project Minimum Wages As Determined In (Heavy/fl20240116/01/05/24 Modification Number 0) Included In The Bidder's Package; And That The Contractor Must Ensure That Employees Are Not Discriminated Against Because Of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Or National Origin. This Project Is Also A Section 3 Covered Activity. The Awarding Authority Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All General Bids, If It Is Determined To Be In The Public Interest To Do So, And To Reject Any Bid If It Determines That Such Bid Does Not Represent The Bid Of A Person Competent To Perform The Work As Specified Or That Less Than Three Such Bids Were Received And That The Prices Are Not Reasonable For Acceptance. Below information is superseded and subject to permitting requirements that may exist. Bidder to submit specifications for all intended products Attendees shall sign in to the meeting with their full name and company name when logging in or arriving on site. Only companies attending the meeting shall be eligible to turn in a bid. Failure to arrive at the meeting within the first half hour of meeting may disqualify the potential Bidder from participating in the bidding process, at the Agency's sole and absolute discretion. 2. The meeting will include a project overview, presentation of federal funding requirements, and inperson tour of building.
