Site work and new construction of a retail development in Eltopia, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a retail development.
As of October 1, 2024 project was awarded to Cliff Thorn Construction, awarded amount is $1,323,845.64. This will be a design/build project for the construction of an 80'x125' steel building with 25' eaves. The building will include metal roofing and siding, (1) 10'x10' overhead door, (8) 15'x15' overhead doors, (3) 36"x80" steel man doors, under slab plumbing, and a reinforced concrete slab and apron. The building will be constructed at the South Columbia Basin Irrigation District's, Eltopia Watermaster headquarters.
