Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Work will consist of demolition of existing desiccant based cooling units (DBCs) and energy recovery units (ERUs). New roof mounted DOAS equipment will be mounted on the roof. Project also consists of new exhaust fans to support various restrooms throughout the building which will involved gypsum board ceiling removal and replacement. Structural components will be added for the support of the new DOAS units, plumbing and electrical components for support of new mechanical equipment.
