Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in University Place, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work to be performed under this contract includes furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools and guarantees thereof to: Construct sanitary sewer main, side sewers and trench pavement restoration in 67th Avenue West from 35th Street West to 27th Street West. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit by certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of University Place. No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the hours set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.
