Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in University Place, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work to be performed under this contract includes furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools and guarantees thereof to: Build modular block wall and paving the existing gravel parking lot at Sunset Terrace Park. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit by certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of University Place.
