Site work for a water / sewer project in University Place, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed under this contract includes furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools and guarantees thereof to: Construction of gravity and low-pressure sanitary sewer main, side sewers and roadway restoration for up to five areas within the City of University Place. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit by certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid proposal. The City of University Place expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to further make award of the Project to the lowest responsive responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City.
