The City of University Place, Washington is seeking qualified consultants to create a comprehensive park master plan for a 15.82 acre property known as Creekside Park. The area identified is comprised of three tax parcels: 0220234202, 0220234203, 0220233012. This park property has been identified in the City's Parks, Recreation and Open Space Plan as the desired location for development of a community park. Work to be performed by consultant shall include creation of a park master plan including community outreach, cost estimates and staffing needs and the preparation of a conceptual site plan that may allow for a potential phasing of improvements.
