Renovation of a mixed-use development in University Place, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

West Pierce Fire & Rescue (WPFR) is soliciting bids for a District wide Access Control and Security upgrade that will enhance the security of District personnel and property. This will be accomplished with a new access control system enabling us to remotely monitor, control and secure District properties, including five fire stations, one maintenance facility, and one Boathouse. These facilities will be accessed by approximately 250 users. Our objective is to implement access control for roughly 135 doors and nine vehicular access gates across the District. Automatic lock down, individual pin code access, mobile credential access, door position sensors, and networked smart door locking software are required for this project (see project description below for more details).
