Site work for a water / sewer project in University Place, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed under this contract includes furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools and guarantees thereof to: Construct sanitary sewer main, side sewers and trench pavement restoration in 57th Avenue West, 62nd Street West and 61st Street West. Project will also construct about 400-ft of new roadway (57th Avenue West), water main improvements and associated stormwater conveyance and bioretention facilities. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit by certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of University Place.
