Reference Number 0000355735 The TOEP seeks proposals from qualified consultants to design an expansion of approximately 900 square feet onto the existing Museum Annex building. This work will include the removal of an existing exterior wall, and structural design of new walls, doors and roof structure. Additionally, there will be earthwork aspects of a new concrete slab for this expansion, new driveway access and correcting an existing sidewalk to comply with current ADA requirements.
