Description: Project consists of the conversion of Tucker Ranch - a sprawling 209-acre park at 100 Avalon Road in Winter Garden, that was once a working cattle ranch into the new Tucker Ranch Health and Wellness Park. Conversion includes the construction of three new buildings. Required Completion Date: Project Completion July 2026 A 10% bid bond is required. The City of Winter Garden hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure, that in any contract entered pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The contractor agrees to be bound to the terms of its bid for a period of Sixty (60) calendar days after the Bid Opening Date. The City of Winter Garden reserves the right to award contracts to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bidding. Bids received after the due date and time will be rejected. If contracts are awarded, the successful bidder will be required to post performance, labor, and material payment bonds.
