Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
JOb No: 17178 This construction and re-construction of sidewalks on Dooley Street from near Wildwood Avenue to SR40 Inman Street, on SR 40 Inman Street from Gaut Street to Sheppard Street, on Gaut Street from SR 40 Inman Street to Central Avenue, and on Central Avenue from Gaut Street to College Hill Recreation Center. Project also includes drainage improvements, ADA upgrades, retaining walls, curb and gutter, signage, striping, crosswalks, pedestrian signals, and landscaping. PROPOSAL CONTRACTS WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL THE TIME SET FOR OPENING BIDS A Prime Contractor must prequalify with the Department of Transportation in accordance with Section 54-5-117 of the Tennessee Code Annotated and Tennessee Department of Transportation Rule 1680-5-3 prequalification of contractors before biddable proposals will be furnished. The City of Cleveland hereby notifies all bidders that a 10% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal has been set for this project and must be met or exceeded. The Right to Reject Any and All Bids is Reserved
