The scope of the project will consist of the renovation of an existing single story, 2,760 SF structure at the Cleveland Emergency Shelter in partnership with Bradley County to provide additional sleeping units. Scope of work includes: new windows and doors, fire protection system, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, interior finishes, new roof, insulation, and other work as outlined in the construction documents. existing bradley cleveland shelter annex to be renovated to provide six bedrooms. building will be equipped throughout with a sprinkler system and insulation at exterior roof and walls added to bring building to code. The City of Cleveland, Tennessee, through its Council Members, reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any formalities and informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City of Cleveland.
