Site work and new construction of a stadium in Salisbury, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; and for the construction of a 9,000-square-foot stadium.
As of November 21 2024, this project has commenced construction of bid packages 1 - 3 as of October 2024. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The Arthur W. Perdue Stadium Improvements Project Package 1 is an early release package for the new 9000 SF Batting Arena work at the stadium. This is a new stand alone building that will connect to the end of the existing concourse on the 3rd base side. Gilbane Building Company and InSite BUILD, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the following bid packages: 05A Structural Steel Bidders must prequalify online at https://compass-app.com prior to submitting their bid. All additional information will be provided to invited/pre-qualified Trade Contractors electronically. This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 20% overall. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms, provided online, must be completed, and submitted with all bid proposals.
