Renovation of an educational facility in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project includes the renovations to the existing swimming pools for renovation work to the Linton Middle School, 250 Aster Street, Penn Hills, PA 15235. The Contractors' attention is specifically directed to the fact that the anticipated starting date of work will not be before August 5, 2024. 1. Completed Bid Form 2. Certified check, a cashier's check or the bid bond of an approved Surety Company, in an amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount of the proposal. Check or bond shall be drawn in favor of the "Penn Hills School District." 3. Completed Non-Collusion Affidavit 4. Public Workers Employment Verification Form No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Work shall be started on the project not later than ten (10) days after notification by the Owner or Engineer to start work. The entire work shall be completed, ready for use, on or before November 1, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids, or to reject any or all bids. **Document Notes: Specifications and drawings that are requested by the Contractor to be shipped, will be sent via UPS Ground upon receipt of an additional ten ($10.00) dollar non-refundable shipping fee.
