Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total amount of the Proposal. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days beyond the time of bid opening. The Municipality of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all Proposals. Approximately 13,000 S.Y. of 1.5" Maximum Depth Profile Milling, 660 S.Y. of Soft Spot Repair, 710 tons of 3/4" 9.5mm Leveling Course, 13,000 S.Y. of 1-1/2" Superpave 9.5mm Fine Graded Wearing Course, 3,400 Lineal Feet of Asphalt Wedge Curb, 400 Lineal Feet of Underdrain, 3 Storm Sewer Inlet Replacement, Traffic Control, Resident Notification, and Restoration.
