Form of the security may be a bid bond, certified or cashier's check made payable to Clare Gladwin RESD. Clare Gladwin RESD will not be responsible for loss of security made by check; checks will not be returned until a contract has been fully executed with the successful bidder. This will be a guarantee that the bidder selected by Clare Gladwin RESD will furnish the required PLM Bonds; failure to do so could mean forfeiture of the Bid Security. Anticipated substantial completion July 11, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive all irregularities in Proposals. Proposals shall remain firm for sixty (60) days from date of Bid Opening.
