Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services St. Charles Parish is seeking statements of qualification for Engineering Services associated with the Turtle Pond Pump Station Upgrades, a project funded through the Louisiana Watershed Initiative CDBG-MIT Program. No facsimile, email, or telephone submittals will be accepted. Submittals MUST be sealed and clearly labeled: RFQ St. Charles Parish CDBG-Mitigation Program - Engineering Services for the Turtle Pond Pump Station Upgrades on the outside of the envelope/package, as well as the firms name, address, and license number (if applicable). The procedures for the selection of this firm will be in accordance with the procurement requirements of HUD, CDBG, the State of Louisiana, and St. Charles Parish. All submittals received will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and corresponding point system, which is identified in the Request for Qualifications package.
