Q&A Deadline 07/09/2024 5:00 PM (PDT) The City of Fresno is soliciting proposals to provide preventative and full elevator and accessible lift maintenance and repair services at various city locations. This request is for a three-year contract with four (4) optional one-year extensions. The City of Fresno hereby notifies all Proposers that no person shall be excluded from participation in, denied any benefits of, or otherwise discriminated against in connection with the award and performance of any contract on the basis of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, age, sexual orientation or on any other basis prohibited by law. Services of an interpreter and additional accommodations can be made available. Requests for accommodations should be made at least five working days but no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting/event.
