All proposals shall be submitted on the basis of lump sum pricing as provided in the proposal specifications. Payment to successful proposal shall be net thirty (30) days after receipt of products, materials, services or invoices, whichever is later unless otherwise stated in specifications. The right is reserved, as the interest of Montgomery County Toll Road Authority may require rejecting any one or all proposals and to waive any informality in proposals received. All proposals received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened. Deadline for submission of questions and/or clarification is Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. (CST) Requests received after the deadline will not be responded to due to the time constraints of this Proposal process. All proposals and enclosed documents become the property of the MCTRA. The contract resulting from this RFP will have an initial period beginning upon award in MCTRA Commissioners' Court and will continue for a one (1) year term. MCTRA may request to renew the original contract as amended from time to time, at the same terms, conditions and pricing. Each renewal, if any, will be in one (1) year increments, not to exceed four (4) additional years past the initial term.
