Renovation of a military facility in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The estimated project cost is $150,000. The Department of Military & Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Alaska Military Youth Academy (AMYA), is solicitating for proposals from qualified offerors to replace and upgrade their dining facility Audio and Visual System located in building 60620 on Camp Carroll, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska as specified in the attached RFP. Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Alaska Military Youth Academy, estimates a budget of $130,000.00 for completion of this project. Proposals priced at more than $130,000.00 will be considered non-responsive. This budget does not include on-call services, which would be used on an as needed basis at the offered cost and paid outside of the contract. If submitting a proposal via email, the technical proposal and cost proposal must be saved as separate PDF documents and emailed to MvaDasProcurement@alaska.gov as separate, clearly labeled attachments, such as "Vendor A - Technical Proposal.pdf" and "Vendor A - Cost Proposal.pdf" (Vendor A is the name of the offeror). The email must contain the RFP number in the subject line All questions must be in writing and directed to the procurement officer.
