Solicitation 36C26024Q0660for project 463-24-LUMPSUM Bldg 944 Boiler Replacement for the Anchorage, AK VA Medical Center VA Southern Oregon Rehab Center & Clinics shall be posted to Federal Contracting Opportunities on or about 24 June 2024 as a total set-aside for certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The statement of work will be posted for review as an attachment to the solicitation. Proposals will be due approximately 15 days after the solicitation is posted. Period of Performance: The intended contract period of performance is 60 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Description of Services: The contractor will provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the above-named project at the Anchorage VA Medical Center, 1201 North Muldoon Road, Anchorage, AK 97504. The project involves demolition, disposal, and replacement of the boiler, expansion tank, pump, flue, zone valves, piping header and appurtenances. All new equipment must be installed per manufacturers recommendations. Existing flue is joined with water heater and should be reused for new boiler.
