Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Flat Rock, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
Following work Capping off sanitary sewer and water utilities serving buildings Demolition and disposal of existing buildings, including miscellaneous steel structures/debris on site. Building materials contain a presence of asbestos and lead paint. Removal of contents within buildings. Backfilling miscellaneous excavations with compacted MDOT 21AA Limestone (or approved equal) Delivery of Recycled Metal Material tickets/manifests to city/owner. Erosion control measures Restorations/sweeping of all hard surfaces. All related items. for the Demolition of Scheels Concrete at 27710 Telegraph Road, in the City of Flat Rock, Michigan All inquiries shall be directed to C.E. Raines Company at telephone at 734-285-7510. A Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashiers Check, in the amount of five (5) percent of the total bid submitted shall accompany each proposal The City of Flat Rock reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any irregularity in any proposal, and make an award of Contract in any manner, deemed in its best interest.
