Description

Renovation of a hospitality development in Flat Rock, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.

As April 29, 2025, the project is awarded to Superior Comfort Heating & Cooling LLC with the awarded amount of $45, 700.16 $45,000-$60,000 is the budget. The City of Flatrock is requesting bids from a qualified HVAC contractors to replace the existing mechanical equipment in two building located on the City of Flatrock Historic Museum campus. The scope of work will include, but not limited to, replacement of three (3) existing furnaces, cooling coils, and condensing units serving the Munger Store and Hotel Building. Questions regarding the Bidding Documents or any other clarification must be submitted via email to the Architect, tom@thomasrobertsarchitect.com and copied to the City Clerk, rbrogley@flatrockmi.org by January 17, 2025 at 4PM. Bid proposals submitted shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days after the due date. The Owner and Architect reserve the right to waive irregularities, to reject any or all Proposals in whole or in part, or to accept a Proposal which, in their opinion, will serve the Owner's best interest. Responses will be distributed to all contacts listed on the pre-proposal meeting attendance list by end of business January 20, 2025. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
