This RFSO is to solicit all-inclusive hourly rates from interested and qualified vendors for the establishment of Vendor of Record (VOR) for on Demand HVAC services for the Infrastructure Ontario (IO) portfolio. This VOR is intended to provide supplemental variable HVAC technician resources to compliment BGIS technicians in the self-performance of HVAC service work. There will be no guarantee of work with demand service calls on an "as and when required" basis.
