RFSQ DESCRIPTION: Lake Havasu City is requesting SOQs from qualified design firms to provide professional design services as the Design Firm for the Second Bridge project. There is not an expressed or implied obligation for Lake Havasu City to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing SOQs in response to this request. Written Question Deadline July 3, 2024 Questions on these areas may be referred to Purchasing by email at purchasing@lhcaz.gov . City Council Award September 10, 2024 . Lake Havasu City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, to waive any informality or irregularity in any Statement of Qualifications received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective Statements of Qualifications received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
