Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of wash stabilization improvements for Havasupai Wash #6. Havasupai Wash #6 is between Sandwood Drive and the confluence with Avalon Drain. Wash stabilization improvements include dumped riprap and drop structures to stabilize and protect the wash from future migration. All questions that arise relating to this solicitation shall be directed in writing to purchasing@lhcaz.gov with a copy to engineeringinfo@lhcaz.gov. To be considered, written inquiries shall be received at the above-referenced email address by August 28, 2024, 3:00 p.m. Arizona Time. Inquiries received will then be answered in an Addendum. For technical information, contact Shawn Clarke, Project Manager, at Clarkes@lhcaz.gov with a copy to purchasing@lhcaz.gov . Project Completion Date: 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Lake Havasu City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof and waive informalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
