Saving Project...

Site work for a civil project in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project consists of reconstruction of the three Lake Havasu City Horizontal Collector Well pumps, with minor repair work done to the above ground piping. Ground settlement resulted in the 20-inch to 48-inch discharge piping from the collector well to move, break, and leak. The new piping repairs would consist of fabricating a new 20inch flanged steel tee to fit the location of the broken flanged DI tee. Project Completion Date: 150 Calendar Days Bid Bond Yes Bid Bond: 10% Labor and Material Bond: 100% Faithful Performance Bond: 100% QUESTIONS: All questions that arise relating to this solicitation shall be directed in writing to purchasing@lhcaz.gov. To be considered, written inquiries shall be received at the above referenced email address by September 27, 2024 at 3:00 p.m., Arizona Time. Inquiries received will then be answered in an Addendum. Lake Havasu City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof and waive informalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
