Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of a design bid build for replacing the existing fishing dock at Site Six. The new fishing dock will be engineered to be restrained by an existing system of chain anchors and dead men blocks. A contractor will provide and install a floating docks system consisting of structural connections, wallers, guardrails, ramp connection/gangway, utility chase ways, pull boxes, aluminum shade structure, electrical conduit with LED lighting. The dock will match the existing footprint at the site six fishing dock. Lake Havasu City may reject any bid/proposal/letter of interest not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids/proposals/letters of interest if Lake Havasu City finds it is in the public interest to do so.
