Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of the hot applied placement of up to 450,000 lbs. of Contractor supplied Maxwell Elastoflex 670 crack sealing material or Crafco/Deery 200 type III or equivalent material into cracks smaller than 1 1/2 inches in asphalt concrete pavement and 95,200 lbs. of contractor supplied Maxwell Gap Patch 570 material into cracks greater than 1 1/2 inches in width in asphalt concrete pavement. City Representative must receive Bill of Ladings for all truckloads of material delivered. Application will be with straight applicator tipped wands, rubber squeegees or other City approved methods and limited to no more than 5 (five) Crack Seal machines. The paved areas include City owned roadways, parking lots and multi-use paths, within Lake Havasu City, AZ. Work is expected to begin early November/December 2024. BONDS: Bid Bond: 10% Labor and Material Bond: 100% Faithful Performance Bond: 100% Project Completion Date: 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
