Site Address and Legal Description: Southeast corner of McCulloch Boulevard N. and Sloop Drive, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86406 Lot 1, Block 15, Tract 2280 Construction Manager at Risk - Fire Station 7. Description: Lake Havasu City is Requesting Soqs From Qualified Firms of Cmar Services Pursuant to Construction of Fire Stations. There is Not an Expressed or Implied Obligation for Lake Havasu City to Reimburse Responding Firms for Any Expenses Incurred in Preparing Soqs in Response to This Request. Lake Havasu City may reject any SOQ not in compliance with all prescribed public competitive procurement procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all SOQs if Lake Havasu City finds it is in the public interest to do so.
