A timeline for award has not yet been established. 2024 Pump Station Rehabilitation Project The work to be performed consists of removing and disposing existing duplex submersible pumps, pump rail guides, control panels, etc. and installing new duplex submersible pumps, control panels and other related items needed to make completely operative pump stations at three (3) station locations in the Town of Perinton: Location #1- 45 Brooktree Dr, Location #2 - 339 Whitney Rd and Location #3 - 31 Little Brook Dr. Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract. The Work will be substantially completed within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 14.7 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.7 of the General Conditions The Town of Perinton does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs and activities.
