Reference Number 0000272894 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/07/03 12:00:00 PM CDT Term: 2024/07/15 01:00:00 AM EDT - 2024/10/31 01:00:00 AM EDT The work to be done under this Contract shall consist of crushing used concrete, some of which contains metal and stockpiling the material in the same approximate area at the Arnes Landfill located at 15026 Ridge Road rural legal description SW10-21-3E in the RM of Gimli.The concrete crushing is to be completed by October 31, 2024 weather permitting. The RM of Gimli reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the tender in the best interest of the RM of Gimli in its sole discretion. Lowest bid may not be accepted. Contractors must comply with Municipal requirements for liability insurance, WCB coverage and business licensing to be eligible to be awarded the contract.
