Landscaping. The project includes the following principal features: 1. Signs. 2. Fencing and Gates. 3. Clearing and Grubbing. 4. Demolition. 5. Road Work. 6. Traffic Control.7. Traffic Signals. 8. Dewatering. 9. Excavation. 10. Compaction, including placement of soil and rock. 11. Driven Piles. 12. Utility Relocation including sewer, water, electrical, and communication. 13. Pipework including installation of pipes, drop inlets, risers and Manholes. 14. Drains, sumps, and Pump Stations. 15. Bridgework. 16. Pre-Cast Concrete. 17. Cast-in-Place Concrete. 18. Grout, Slurry, and Controlled Low Strength Materials. 19. Steel Reinforcement. 20. Electrical Work 21. Seeding, Planting, Landscaping, and Best Management Practices. 22. Control of local drainage.
