Proposals may be held by the City of Peru for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the opening of Proposals for the purpose of reviewing the Proposals and investigating the qualifications of Contractors, prior to awarding of the Contract. The City of Peru shall provide the following: Water for cleaning operations. Dump site for debris removed from manholes. Access to manholes including any traffic control beyond normal flashing yellow lights and cones that may be required, and access for truck-sized equipment to all applicable manhole lids. Surface restoration, erosion control, deflection testing, air testing, or staking as needed. Proposals for the work shall be submitted on the Proposal Form provided.
